Attendance at Class

Every student is obliged to attend all the classes of every prescribed subject. The teacher, at the time of evaluation of any subject, will also take into account attendance at class. If a student, for any reason whatsoever, is absent, whether continuously or not, for more than one third of the classes of any single course, he/she is not eligible for that examination during that semester.

He/she should, however, complete the examination prior to the commencement of the next academic year. If however, a candidate is absent for one third of the classes in a semester, he/she is not eligible for the examinations of that semester, and must repeat the semester.
